Whenever I spent some leisure time in Melbourne, I could not help but paying a visit to coffee shops that I would consider to be at the top of my lists. One of them to be this coffee shop, Manchester Press, on the alleyway of Rankins Lane. This latest visit would be my second or third time there during the last 4 years and it was still crowded with their loyal patrons.
Stepping into this narrow lane, you can see murals that was drawn on brick walls that led to the building next to it that was occupied by Manchester Press. Inside this simple coffee shop, the high-ceiling space had a long coffee bar just across from the entrance door with the seatings in between.
We love the warm ambiance that this coffee shop produce through its humble warehouse-like interior, as well as its friendly staff. The coffee that was served, has managed to be consistently good throughout all my visits.
I ordered a healthy fruit bowls, Acai Bowl (AUD 16.00) this time and paired with a cup of Cappuccino (AUD 4.00) .
Even though this was a rather short visit as I was doing a quick coffee hopping that day, I managed to enjoy my cup of coffee and spend a somewhat quality time there. That should say something about the coffee shop.
