You can almost find Mango Tree restaurant, any where in Bangkok, even at Suvarnabhumi Airport. This fast serviced, home cooked authentic restaurant is a wonderful choice for in between flights or any time meals. The food here is tolerable for international palate, where they put less spicyness than the mostly ‘burnt your tounge’ dishes, although still keeping it’s original Thai flavors.
Yum Som-O (260.00 THB): Famous Thai grapefruit salad with sweet sour and tangy dressing, shrimps and shredded chicken.
Tom Yum Goong (280.00 THB): The Tom Yum soup here is good but mild and not bold enough for me.
Thod Mun Goong (270.00 THB): Thai fish and shrimp cakes, fried to perfection, great with the sweet and sour sauce.
Tom Yum Mee Glew (220.00 THB): The noodles tasted similar to Mee Shoa but with tom yum soup and steam dumplings.
