Settled among Equity office building, this Japanese French fusion restaurant delivers a fresh air to Jakarta’s culinary journey. From outside the fine dining already looking like a million bucks. It wasn’t exactly a very large venue,but the restaurant has 3 floors of seating area which is a smart way of using the limited space. The service is as quick and as helpful as it could be.
Organic Garden Leaves (IDR 75.000): Miso scallop, Guanciale, strawberry, coriander bubbles.In spite of the fancy ingredients,it’s tasted like a simple salad,nothing really special about it.
Escargot Nouvel (IDR 85.000): Truffle sweet corn, smock ham hock dashi nagi, brioche. Love the buttery taste of the sauce.
Red Claw Yabbie Risotto (IDR 160.000): Scallop, Caviar, white chocolate,basil essence. A creative take on creamy risotto. The white chocolate fragrant added the richness to the savory dish.
Fillet Mignon (IDR 310.000): Spinach creme, Shimeji, baby potato, Shoyu bone marrow Bordelaise. Beautiful presentation. The lean fillet mignon melts in your mouth and the sauce is delicious.
Apple Mille Feuille (IDR 65.000): Apple Bavarois, Vanilla emulsion, honey granola, coconut ice cream. Crunchy extra thin layer of pastry, salty tangy super tasty dessert. Love the homemade ice cream too.
Miso Chocolate Palet (IDR 70.000): Peanut butter, popcorn, caramel ice cream. A sweet treat for chocolate lovers.
Peach Melba (IDR 70.000): Raspberry coulis and vanilla ice cream. A light scrumptious dessert.
