The popular noodle restaurant in USA since my collage days, had expanded their business even more. The newer place, conveniently located on Huntington Road, San Marino, CA has slightly different interior design, a more modern and hip place than the original one in Alhambra. The restaurant was packed like always, we had to wait for about 20 min to get a table, which is quite normal in LA. The service was fast and  manageable.

Beef with Chili ($7.95): Beef slices stir-fried with fresh chili garlic and onions, served over steamed rice. Delicious fragrant well marinated tender beef. One of the favorites.

Spicy Fried Rice ($7.95): Chicken fried rice with chili, tomatoes, mushrooms and basil. This dish wasn’t hit the right spot. The sauce wasn’t cooked thoroughly with the rice, it’s bland and wasn’t as good as it supposed to be.

Hainam Chicken ($7.95): Chicken fillet marinated with garlic and pepper, battered and deep fried, served over Hainam rice with sweet sauce. Love the chicken rice. It’s really tasty and flavorful. The chicken was also good.

Pad See You ($7.95): Beef Pan fried with rice noodles, Chinese broccoli, eggs and soy sauce. Other than the tough meat, the Kwetiau noodle was quite delicious.
