“Mang Udin” has been around for about 6 decades now and still a lot of people are looking for it. Mang Udin himself started his bakso stall at a school canteen in Bandung. A lot of students love his bakso and some of them are still loving it. After quite some time, he moved his stall to another place, at Jl. Riau in front of a small cafe.

I got a chance to taste a bowl of his fried bakso served with rice noodle the other day. I went there early, before they ran out of meat balls and close for the day. There’s two types of fried bakso which is crunchy and chewy. I like the chewy ones better. Well if you happen to drive around in Bandung and rummaging at factory outlets area at Jl. Riau, you can drop by his humble stall. smile
