Looking at the exterior building of Chateau Blanc,reveals it’s majestic European true identity. There are lavish ambiance to the all white,silver and gold furniture and interior,with 5 stars hotel service plus the cozy feeling of a private residence that added the spark of this place. Created by the same company behind Negev,the Harvest and many other establishments,this is another promising new french fine dining that’s worth the try.


Light Lobster Bisque (IDR 165.000): Infused with Lemon grass, baby Lobster, Salmon roe ravioli and chervil. Creamy tantalizing soup with a piece of lobster meat and Ravioli. Very tasty to the last drop.

King Crab Salad (IDR 225.000): First class presentation, fresh crab meat, fantastic flavor.


Atlantic Sea Scallop “A La Plancha” (IDR 415.000): Jerusalem artichoke, mushrooms, potato Truffle espuma,shaved Bottarga & port wine Truffle jus.  Perfectly cooked 3 pieces of high quality Scallops. Delicious and scrumptious!

Grilled Wagyu Beef Sirloin (IDR 775.000): Tomato basil comfit, mushrooms, black truffle mousseline and red wine jus. I asked for a Medium well,but the beef was cooked Well done. Other than that, the meat was juicy,tasted marvelous, and marinated well.


Grand Marnier Soufflé (IDR 95.000): Wonderfully textured Soufflé, I could taste a hint of orange zest that added the flavor. The Pistachio icecream was also superb. I couldn’t get enough of this dessert.

Chocolate Guanaja Bar (IDR 90.000) :Soft crunchy chocolate guanaja mousse, mini macaroons, candied kumquat and caramelized pine nut.
