Another Korean restaurant worth to try is Han Gang in Wolter Monginsidi Street. I’ve tried the other Han Gang branches but, to my opinion, none of them is as good as this one.
The restaurant is located on a second floor of a three stories building, above a car showroom. I went here on a Friday night and the place was busy, but still welcomed the walk-ins. I just wish they’d put stronger exhaust system for the BBQ grills cause the restaurant was smokey heavily.
A Korean meal isn’t complete without the Banchan (side dishes). What I love about this place is that they give a generous portion of delicious Banchan.
The Japche (IDR 88.000) here is to die for: Perfectly seasoned stir fried sweet potato noodles with shredded meat and vegetables. Fantastic dish that I often craved for.
Dolsot Yache Bibimbab (IDR 58.000): Rice with beef and mixed vegetables in a hot stone pot. This is the first time I tried Bibimbab here, all of the ingredients of this meal were great, but it needed more taste. All it had was spicy and that was it.
I also ordered some BBQ beef:
Jumulleok (IDR 188.000): Charcoal grilled beef.
Seng Galbi (IDR 188.000): Grilled unfrozen beef ribs meat. Good tasty, high quality beef.
