Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice, Tanjong Pagar, Singapore

On my previous visit to Singapore, this hainanese chicken rice stall came highly recommended by a few Singaporeans that I came across. However, I haven’t got a chance to try it, thus my curiosity grew. Therefore, the last time I visited Singapore, I couldn’t resist not to come here on my first opportunity.

As I found the stall through rows of stalls that opened at Maxwell Food Centre, it was crowded alright and there were a queue to order and pay. After a while, I ordered the medium plate for the price of SGD 5.00 (SGD 3.50 for small and SGD 7.00 for large).

I was already famished at the time, so I quickly tried the chicken rice. The chicken was tender with juicy skin. The hainanese rice was also spot on. It was surely one of my favourite chicken rice now in Singapore.

If chicken rice is one of your thing, do try this one. I am quite certain that you would like it.
