I started with this Korean version salad:

Yeobo

Yeobo Yeobo

Yeobo Yeobo (IDR 105.000): Warm quinoa, baby spinach, warm bulgogi beef, whole egg, mushrooms, edamame, sweet corn, alfalfa sprouts, and Korean Chili Vinaigrette. The dressing was tangy and savory, the bold taste was delicious and the bulgogi beef makes you forgot that you’re eating salad. I just wish they’ve put more greens in there.

Oh Crab Lah

Oh Crab Lah

Oh Crab Lah (IDR 75.000): Romaine lettuce, crab sticks, egg, vermicelli, cherry tomatoes, red onions, croutons and Singapore Chili crab dressing. Nice toasted wrap, good combination of protein, carbs and veggies that’s perfect for you. Silly me, I was looking for real crab meat, but only artificial crabs there. Overall the flavor was pretty good.

Go Geisha

Go Geisha

Go Geisha (IDR 75.000): Red and white cabbage, tofu, soba noodles, edamame, carrots, cucumber, sesame seeds, Japanese miso and added baked Salmon (+IDR 20.000). Japanese flavorful wrap, the taste was surprising, but the combination of the soft and crunchy elements works well together somehow.

Dragon Berries

Dragon Berries

Dragon Berries (IDR 70.000): Dragon fruit blended with mixed berries and apple juice, topped with banana, kiwi, strawberries and sprinkled with baked granola. Pretty colors, delicious blended juice with the right consistency and sweet-sour flavor.

My Salad Stop experience was a healthy, yummy and most importantly: a Pleasure without the guilty feeling afterwards. I think I’ll have to come back for the rest of the menu.
