Nomu Nomu is a tiny cafe with a small flower shop and a boutique on the second floor. The menu here is quite variant with East to West menu choices. The interior is nothing out of ordinary but quite comfy for a cafe.
Quesadilla (IDR 45.000): Roasted chicken, tomato, leeks, mozzarella, cheddar and Parmesan served with guacamole and tomato salsa. The tortilla wrap was tough although the filling was okay.
Truffle fries (IDR 25.000): Fries with truffle oil.Sadly there’s no trace of truffle in there.
Bakwan Malang (IDR 45.000): Combination of fried and boiled meatballs and fried ‘bakwan’ served with beef broth. Delicious broth soup, the bakwan and meatballs were also satisfactory.
Fish and Sambal Matah Spaghetti (IDR 60.000): Pan fried Dory fish topped with sambal matah served with spaghetti. It’s tasteless and not good.
Nasi Goreng Sambal Roah (IDR 55.000): Traditional stir fried rice with special homemade sambal served with crackers and fried egg. Love the presentation, the taste was just alright.Wish they put more seasonings to add a kick to the dish.
Coffee Pudding (IDR 35.000): Strong coffee taste, nice pudding texture. It’s good.
Chocolate Fondue Cake (IDR 35.000): Stuffed cotton cake with warm melted chocolate served with vanilla rum sauce and vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was bad and the cake was overcooked and a disappointment.
Pancakes (IDR 35.000): Banana, almond, raisins, caramel syrup and cream. A little too thick than ordinary pancakes but it’s fluffy and delicious.
