Ed’s Easy Diner – London

Author: Posh Eater

I came across this American style diner at Piccadilly on my recent trip to London. The place has the typical diner look.Leather booth seats, 1950s knick knacks, juke boxes ready to take your song orders, they even have this vintage Coca Cola vending machine that I really adore. The menu as you can suspect has all the comfort food you can possibly crave. From  milkshakes to burgers to hot dogs.

The Original American Dog Plate (£5.75): Hotdog with French mustard and Heinz ketchup. Fantastic hot dog with scrumptious sausage.

Chicken Club (£6.95): With bacon, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, Swiss cheese and mayonnaise. Juicy grilled white meat, delicious sauce, love the buns too.

Chicken Dippers (£7.25): A bowl of Ed’s chicken breast goujons, served for dipping with jalapeno jelly and BBQ sauce. White meat chicken nuggets that you can sink yout teeth into.

The Original Burger Plate (£10.20): Burger with lettuce, tomato onion dill pickle, mayonnaise and mild American mustard. Although it’s good, this burger was just average compared to others.
