Cafe Marzano – Bali

Author: Posh Eater

I revisited my family’s favorite little Italian place in Bali, Cafe Marzano, recently. The menu here is authentic Italian but the interior is quite Balinese in it’s own way.The white rattan ceiling speaks for itself. The service here is really fast and helpfull.Great for starving bunch like my family is.

Pizza Panna e Porsciuto (IDR 73.000): Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, cream and parmesan cheese. Fragrant mozzarella cheese, delicious parma ham on top of thin crust freshly baked pizza.

Fettucine Duck (IDR 69.000):Homemade pasta with 100 gr duck, Italian tomato sauce, garlic, onion with red wine. I’m not usually a duck lover but this pasta has the right seasonings and really tasty

Spaghetti Vongole (IDR 54.000):Clams, tomato cherry and extra virgin olive oil.Too bad this pasta was tasteless.

Pepperoni Pizza (IDR 73.000):  Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, paprika and hot salami. Delicious thin crust pepperoni pizza.

Penne Siciliana(IDR 55.000): tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, eggplant, and parmesan cheese.I could taste the sweetness from the fresh tomato sauce. It’s fantastic.
