The minute I set foot on this white surroundings restaurant, it reminded me of the romantic set in the Titanic movie. The stairs was decorated with heavy nautical ropes & life rings. The main floor was even more beautiful. Large area of dining tables with the view of Ubud Bridge, surrounded by Bali’s big old trees. Recommended for your next candle light dinner in Bali. The waitresses were extra nice, they kept it modest with Balinese traditional style attire batik sarong + white kebaya. Bridges has many international fusion menus. We ordered the Caesar salad : Fresh lettuce with boiled egg & cheese, love the dressing.; Pear and Roquefort with rucola salad: the sweetness of the pear plus the blue cheese makes an amazing combination of tastes in your mouth.; Rice paper rolls: Light Vietnamese style appetizer. Pumpkin and ginger soup: Rich curry-like taste soup. Lemongrass Steamed Barramundi: Yum..Yum..Yumm! ; Mushroom, Leek and Fennel Millefeuille: My Favorite of them all! After tasting this I could imagine myself to be a vegetarian.; Thai Spiced Chicken Ballantine: Tastes similar to Indonesian style Opor Ayam (curry chicken). Would definitely come back here on my next visit to Bali.
