Another visit to Singapore, another culinary adventure for me, this time I had lunch at the lovely shopping center Paragon, with many restaurants and supermarket in the basement level. The eatery is simple, open area with open kitchen and dessert display case in the entrance.
Spicy Aglio Olio (S$ 15.96): Spaghetti with mushrooms, tomatoes, black olives and chili flakes. Al dente pasta, needed a pinch of salt but the wine sauce was fragrant and really tasty.
M.O.T Pizza (S$ 16.50): Thin crust pizza topped with mushrooms, onion, tomato and mozzarella. Fresh ingredients, yummy mozzarella and lovely pizza crust.
Pan Fried Cod Fish(S$ 26.95): With brown lemon-caper sauce, spinach and mashed potatoes. Perfectly cooked fish, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Too bad it’s bland.
Baileys Me -For That Extra Zing (S$3:15): Baileys Irish Cream cheesecake and French vanilla ice cream drizzled with Baileys. Pretty good cheesecake, nice texture and rich. Love the ice cream too.
