I passed by Benjamin Brown and was captivated by it’s clean, fresh interior design and the dessert row they displayed. Because I was in a hurry,I didn’t have the time to try on their fresh desserts, but managed to have lunch there.
Caesar Salad (S$ 15.00): Classic salad served with poached egg, crispy bacon bits, croutons tossed in Benjamin Browns’ caesar dressing and parmesan cheese. Just an average salad for my taste.
Spaghetti Carbonara (S$ 17.00): Spaghetti tossed with Parma ham, freshly chopped onion, egg yolk, topped with grated parmesan. The extra creamy pasta was delicious and the parma ham added the richness.
Seafood Alio Olio (S$ 19.00): Linguini tossed with fresh seafood, lots of garlic, olive oil and chili. What I love the most was their quality of pasta. It’s super yummy and cooked perfectly. The sauce was also tasty and delicious.
